protein shake
coffee

snack 9:00am
boiled egg, carrots
coffee

Lunch 11:00am
chicken, cabbage, broccoli


Snack 2:30pm
coffee, protein shake, raw veggies


Dinner 5:00pm
salmon, cabbage, broccoli, few almonds
green tea
